Garth A. McBean

Mr. McBean has over 30 years of legal experience. Before he was admitted to practise law at the Jamaican Bar in 1984, he served as a Clerk of Court in the Resident Magistrates’ Courts between 1970 and 1977. He is also a former Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions and Litigation Partner in the firm of DunnCox.

Garth has been a Sole Practitioner since 2003 and Tutor at the Norman Law School for over 15 years. He has also served as a Council Member of the Jamaican Bar Association.

His collaboration with the firm equips it with the legal experience of one of Jamaica’s most respected and recognised Advocates. He routinely appears before the Court of Appeal in a variety of matters and he has distinguished himself before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
